Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Leads quality initiatives (QAPI) and coordinates multidepartment functions to ensure high-quality patient care and achievement of corporate goals. Oversees budgeting, staffing, documentation, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with Medical Director and physicians. Requires leadership capabilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications; must meet state requirements and possess an active RN license with dialysis care experience. May assume responsibilities of the Registered Supervising Nurse as needed; includes potential to fulfill facility CEO duties as delegated. Benefits available for full-time and part-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
