Job Summary
The Dialysis Facility Administrator oversees the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, coordinating patient scheduling, staffing, and regulatory compliance, and driving growth, quality outcomes, and financial targets. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating multiple departments, maintaining thorough patient records, ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations, preparing and implementing corrective action plans, and possibly assuming Charge Nurse duties or the RN-oversight role as delegated. The role requires leadership in staffing, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives, with emphasis on patient outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance; the successful candidate will have RN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in dialysis or kidney-care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open.
- Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
