Dialysis Facility Administrator

The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, reporting to regional operational management. Responsibilities include program growth, patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments, and achieving financial targets (budget, labor, and supply costs). Leads quality initiatives through QAPI, coordinates departments, maintains patient records documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance across federal/state/local requirements. May fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities and, when delegated, act as facility CEO. Coordinates with Medical Director and physicians, promotes guest customer service standards, and supervises staff development and retention. Requires leadership ability, analytical/problem-solving skills, strong time management, English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred; RN requirements and CPR within 90 days are mandatory.
