Dialysis Facility Administrator

Job Summary
Oversee daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing optimization, and implementation of clinical/operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. Lead quality initiatives (QAPI) and coordinate among departments to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care, documentation, and reporting. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and may fulfill the role of facility CEO as delegated, with collaboration from Medical Director and governing bodies. Requires active RN license, CPR within 90 days, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications; full-time availability and leadership experience in dialysis settings are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
