Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement for budget, labor, and supply costs. Develop processes for program growth, implement clinical and operational standards to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, and lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and executing corrective action plans for surveys. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while maintaining accurate documentation for Medicare and ESRD Network requirements. Monitor contractual agreements, foster relationships with physicians and community vendors, and respond to staff inquiries or complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
