Dialysis Facility Administrator

Job Summary

Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, developing growth processes and coordinating patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing. Achieve financial targets for budget, labor, and supply costs while implementing clinical processes to minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. Review incident reports, lead QAPI meetings, and maintain chronological patient records in compliance with ESRD Network and Medicare requirements. Ensure facility compliance with all federal, state, and local laws; oversee equipment maintenance, water treatment, and inventory levels. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel, including approving hours and counseling employees, while maintaining collaborative relationships with the Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
  • Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN
  • 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
