Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, budget oversight, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Develop growth strategies, coordinate staffing, and lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while maintaining accurate documentation and equipment standards. Monitor contractual agreements and foster relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and community agencies. Ensure a safe, sanitary environment and respond to inquiries or complaints. Maintain current knowledge of healthcare laws and practice acts.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
