Job Summary
Manage the daily operation and overall growth of the dialysis clinic by coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical processes to minimize hospitalizations, and achieving financial targets for budget and labor costs. Lead quality management programs through monthly QAPI meetings, incident report reviews, and staff education to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee staffing, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels while supervising personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and recruiting new staff. Maintain chronological patient records, monitor contractual agreements, and foster relationships with hospitals, vendors, and the community to promote customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
