Job Summary
Hospital Services Administrator oversees the daily management and operation of the dialysis program, coordinating patient scheduling, staffing, and financial targets; implements clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce length of stay and readmission rates; ensures compliance with federal/state/local laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements; develops and monitors quality programs, corrective actions, and documentation; supervises personnel, plans staffing, trains staff, and maintains relationships with hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the community; requires leadership experience in a dialysis setting, RN licensure in the applicable state, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state preferred
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- 1 year previous hospital dialysis management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clinical applications
- Ability to meet minimum hospital/agency hiring standards including background clearances and orientation requirements
