Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator oversees the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational leadership. Responsibilities include program growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing optimization, clinical and operational process implementation to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, and achieving financial targets. Leads quality management programs, coordinates departments, ensures proper documentation and regulatory compliance, supports staff development, and may fulfill responsibilities of a Registered Supervising Nurse or facility CEO as delegated. Requires current RN license, dialysis nursing experience, CPR within 90 days, and full-time availability; benefits include Medical/Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
