Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, leading growth, staffing, scheduling, and quality initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance and patient care excellence. Responsibilities include developing growth processes aligned with company goals, coordinating patient scheduling and staffing, implementing clinical and operational processes to minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments, achieving financial targets (budget, labor, supply costs), leading quality and performance improvement activities (QAPI, documentation, reporting), maintaining compliance with federal/state/local regulations, coordinating cross-department functions, and supervising staff with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and organizational objectives. Must hold an RN license and meet state requirements; CPR certification due within 90 days of hire; ability to lead and manage in a full-time capacity across the clinic setting.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RN license
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
