Job Summary
The Dialysis Facility Administrator oversees the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational leadership. Responsibilities include growth planning and patient scheduling coordination, implementation of clinical/operational processes to improve patient outcomes, and achievement of financial targets. Leads quality initiatives (QAPI and quality improvement committees), ensures compliance with federal/state/local regulations, maintains documentation and records for patient care, coordinates staffing and facility operations, and may assume Charge Nurse or Registered Supervising Nurse duties as needed. Requires ongoing leadership, RN licensure, CPR within 90 days, ability to supervise staff, and collaboration with Medical Director and community partners. Full-time role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
