Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing coordination, quality management (QAPI) and regulatory compliance; may assume Charge Nurse duties and possibly fulfill the facility CEO role as delegated; requires RN license and leadership experience in dialysis/nursing with strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills; duties include coordinating staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining documentation, and engaging with Medical Director and physicians to meet regulatory and corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RN license
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Current RN license in applicable state; license must be maintained
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
