Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. Essential duties include growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing optimization, and implementing clinical/operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations. Lead quality initiatives through QAPI and quality improvement committees, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities or the facility CEO role as delegated. Requires an RN license, demonstrated leadership, and 18 months of RN experience with kidney failure care; CPR within 90 days of hire; full-time availability; and proficiency with Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications. Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RN license
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
