Job Summary
Clinical Manager RN responsible for clinic operations, staff leadership, patient care coordination, and collaboration with HR, Quality, and the Home Therapies Program. Oversees ICD coding, financial performance, and regulatory surveys; ensures education on quality measures and treatment options for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease; fosters a culture of learning through the Clinical Leadership Program and supports ongoing staff development and compliance with licensure and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
