Job Summary
Manage and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effective execution in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge while maintaining clinical standards and delivering unique care plans for patients with end-stage renal or chronic kidney disease. Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports, including the Charge RN and DPC staff, while managing staff scheduling, payroll, and hiring. Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and internal departments to oversee the Home Therapies Program and ensure continuous quality improvement. Maintain integrity of medical records, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, and participate in state and federal surveys. This role involves leading a close-knit team within Fresenius Medical Care's Clinical Leadership Program to drive operational excellence and patient safety.
