Job Summary
Clinical Manager for Fresenius Medical Care dialysis facility: leads daily operations to ensure cost-effective, compliant clinical operations and delivery of quality dialysis care from admission through discharge. Partners with Medical Director and Home Therapies Program Manager to coordinate patient care, staff development, and program initiatives. Oversees staff performance, scheduling, training, and payroll; maintains medical records integrity; ensures ICD coding, regulatory surveys, and data auditing. Manages budget, KPIs, and facility safety while fostering physician relationships, CQI/QAPI initiatives, and ongoing clinical leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current RN state licensure
- Must complete Fresenius Internal Clinical Leadership Training (Milestone I and Milestone 2)
- Minimum 2 years Clinical Manager experience at FME
- Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management and decision making
- Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of facility personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients
- Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test
