Job Summary
Clinical Manager responsible for leading the dialysis facility operations and delivering high-quality patient care. Works with the Medical Director and Charge RN to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll, manage the center’s budget and regulatory compliance, develop and implement training and professional development, drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) and Quality Assessment and Improvement Program (QAPI), maintain medical records and data reporting, foster strong physician relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies and risk management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current RN state licensure
- Must complete Fresenius Internal Clinical Leadership Training (Milestone I and Milestone 2)
- Minium 2 years Clinical Manager experience at FME
- Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills (communication, customer service, CQI, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivation, performance management, decision making)
- Demonstrated management skills for supervision of facility personnel and ensuring delivery of max quality care
- Ishihara Color Blind Test passed
