Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Manage and oversee daily dialysis facility operations, ensuring cost-effective execution in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, including the Charge RN and DPC staff, while managing staff scheduling, payroll, and hiring processes. Coordinate all patient care aspects from admission through discharge, oversee care plan development, and address patient concerns and scheduling issues. Maintain integrity of medical records, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with federal and state surveys. Collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to drive quality improvement initiatives and optimize clinical staffing.
