Job Summary
Clinical Manager RN role leading clinic operations, patient care, staff development, and physician coordination within a Fresenius Medical Care setting. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations and finances, coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring education on quality measures and transplant options, overseeing staff training and licensure, supporting physician privileges processes, and maintaining compliance with state/federal surveys. Requires RN licensure, BSN, 6+ years healthcare operations experience, 12 months nursing experience, dialysis nursing experience, and Ishihara Color Blind Test clearance. Salary range $90k-$150k/year. Travel between facilities may be required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
