Job Summary

Manage and oversee daily dialysis facility operations, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Lead the clinical team by providing coaching, managing payroll, scheduling staff, and overseeing hiring and disciplinary actions to ensure adequate daily staffing. Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, develop unique care plans, and address patient concerns and scheduling issues to maximize facility efficiency. Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and internal departments to drive continuous quality improvement, manage inventory, and ensure equipment maintenance. Participate in state and federal surveys and maintain integrity of medical and operational records.
