Job Summary
Manage and oversee daily dialysis facility operations, ensuring cost-effective execution in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, including timely assessments, care plans, and scheduling to maximize facility efficiency. Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports while supervising the Charge RN and DPC staff. Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and internal departments to maintain quality standards, manage financial aspects, and ensure optimal facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current RN state licensure
- Experience in clinical nursing
- Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management and decision making
- Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of facility personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to a dialysis patient population
- Must be able to move patients and equipment of up to 200 lbs with assistance
