Job Summary
Manage clinic operations, including costs, staffing, quality standards, and financials, while leading direct reports and partnering with internal HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments. Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring timely assessments, care plans, and education on transplant options and modality awareness. Oversee the Home Therapies Program, manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll, and maintain integrity of medical records and compliance with state or federal surveys. Facilitate physician privilege applications, communicate regularly with medical staff, and participate in the regional Governing Body. Requires a Bachelor's degree, current RN licensure, and 6+ years in healthcare business operations with 12 months in clinical nursing and 6 months in dialysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
- Position may require travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community and/or travel to regional, business unit, and corporate meetings may be required
- The position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting, moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation
