Job Summary

Manage and oversee daily dialysis facility operations, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, manage staff scheduling and payroll, and lead coaching and development plans for direct reports including the Charge RN. Collaborate with the Medical Director to drive continuous quality improvement, oversee inventory and equipment maintenance, and ensure timely completion of all required audits and state/federal surveys.
