Job Summary

Manage clinic operations in the Administrator's absence, including patient scheduling, supply oversight, and emergency response. Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, update logs for billing, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Lead staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate documentation for the ESRD Network and Medicare. Conduct monthly quality meetings, review incident reports, and implement corrective action plans. Serve as the facility's Alternate CEO when delegated and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, hospitals, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
  • 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
