Dialysis Clinical Coordinator (RN)

Supervise and monitor direct patient care provided by PCTs, LPNs, and RNs, including initiating, monitoring, and terminating dialysis treatments while performing physical assessments. Direct nursing care in the facility according to DCI policies, OSHA, CMS, and federal regulations, and audit flowsheets to verify documentation accuracy and physician order implementation. Monitor overall performance and clinical outcomes in collaboration with the Medical Director and Clinic Administrator, and participate in QAPI to support outcome management. Collaborate on patient care staffing to match patient needs with staff capabilities and schedule patients to ensure timely treatment. Assist in teaching and training new staff on clinical systems and vascular access management.
