Dialysis Clinical Coordinator - RN Chronic In-center

Manage clinic operations and assume full responsibility in the Administrator's absence. Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing, while optimizing supply and labor usage. Maintain chronological documentation for treatments and communications, update logs for billing, and lead monthly quality improvement and staff meetings. Monitor facility safety, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance, responding to emergencies and executing corrective action plans. Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative environment with physicians, vendors, and the community.
