Dialysis Clinical Coordinator - RN Chronic In-center

Manage the daily operation of the Kingwood dialysis clinic, assuming full responsibility in the Administrator's absence. Coordinate patient scheduling, monitor staffing levels, and ensure effective use of supplies and labor hours. Maintain accurate logs, run sheets, and patient records while overseeing equipment maintenance, facility safety, and inventory levels. Respond to all clinic emergencies and lead staff in monthly patient care planning and quality improvement meetings. Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and governing body to ensure regulatory compliance and implement corrective action plans.
