Dialysis Clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN

Job Summary
Conduct patient care duties under Charge Nurse supervision, including obtaining blood samples, documenting treatments and medication profiles, and reporting machine problems. Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours while assisting with billing log preparation. Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all patient communications and progress reports, and report significant changes in patient condition immediately. Participate in required staff meetings, in-service training, and assist with staff training as requested. Full-time and part-time roles offer medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. Current LVN/LPN license and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state
- License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize time and tasks well
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
