Job Summary
Dialysis Clinic LVN/LPN role requiring current LVN/LPN license, CPR within 90 days, color-vision requirement, and USRC training within 8 weeks. Responsibilities include patient care activities, blood sample collection, medication documentation, staff collaboration under Charge Nurse supervision, and participation in training and meetings. Required Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state
- CPR certification
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Dialysis experience preferred
- USRC training program completion within 8 weeks of hire
- English language proficiency
