Job Summary
Conduct patient care and operational duties for the Hawkinsville Clinic dialysis center, including obtaining blood samples, documenting treatments, and reporting machine issues. Maintain accurate patient records, review medication profiles monthly, and assist with billing logs. Comply with state practice act requirements and company policies under Charge Nurse supervision. Participate in staff meetings, attend in-service training, and assist with staff education. Requires current LVN license, CPR certification, and USRC training completion within 8 weeks. Full-time and part-time roles offer medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to organize time and tasks well.
- Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
- Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency, within 8 weeks of hire.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous dialysis experience preferred.
