Prepare building diagnostics by verifying administrative data, reviewing technical documents, and equipping yourself with necessary tools and PPE. Investigate sites on-site according to current regulations, collecting samples, measuring parameters, and entering building data into internal software. Draft and transmit final intervention reports to clients within strict deadlines. Conduct an average of three to five interventions daily, utilizing a planning optimization tool to minimize travel time. You will operate within the Vélizy (78) and Clamart/Meudon (92) sectors. This role offers a full-time contract with a 218-day annual work schedule and RTT flexibility. A driver's license is required, and the company provides a service vehicle with fuel card and telepass badge.
