Diagnostics Coordinator/Prior Authorization Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct timely data entry, prior authorizations, and follow-up for all diagnostic imaging ordered in PA, DE, and NJ. Manage internal and external correspondence to secure correct billing information, confirm test completion, and ensure reports are received. Navigate EHR systems for claim and health insurance data, request letters of protection, and reach out to MRI facilities to verify patient attendance and report delivery. Document studies and periodically review spreadsheets for outstanding scripts to determine reasons for incompletion. Assist the Intake Team, Patient Care Team, and Medical Procedure Scheduling Team as needed. Requires prior authorization experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to train employees.
