Job Summary
Acquire ordered images, evaluate them for technical quality, and send results to appropriate destinations. Perform radiographic examinations, obtain patient history, answer questions, and explain procedures. Transport patients to the radiographic room, prepare the room, and maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Maintain X-ray and other equipment in efficient operating order, performing preventative maintenance regularly. Request and order supplies as needed. Prepare written documentation including evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports. This PRN position offers a competitive hourly range of $29.73 to $48.63 for a registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification and BLS. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the State of Maryland
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
