Diagnostic Sales Manager (Oklahoma)

Diagnostic Sales Manager drives growth in an Oklahoma-based veterinary diagnostics territory, leading promotions and sales of Reference Lab services, In-house Diagnostics, Telemedicine offerings, and Imaging systems; targets include existing and new animal hospitals and veterinarians with 85%+ in-person sales activity, trains/mentors colleagues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to expand the SDx portfolio. Key responsibilities include creating territory coverage plans, closing multi-product deals, delivering product education and services to clinics, managing territory expenses, renewing and signing contracts, building referral networks, supporting sales with data-driven insights, and maintaining CRM records. Requires strong consultative sales, collaboration, and ability to travel up to 85% (including overnight) within the territory; bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of field sales experience in veterinary diagnostics is desired; travel, driving responsibilities, and relationship-building with clients are essential.
