Job Summary
Diagnostic Radiologist sought for a partnership-track role in California with AMN Healthcare. The position offers a hybrid remote reading model with 50% onsite and 50% remote now, with plans to move toward 75% remote and 25% onsite. Subspecialties valued include Body MRI, MSK, Neuro, and/or breast imaging. The group comprises ~20 radiologists and 2 physician assistants, providing services across a busy hospital/imaging-center network. One-year partnership track begins with Year 1 salary of $500,000 plus a $100,000 sign-on bonus (total $600,000) and comprehensive benefits; future compensation targets include top-tier earnings ($750,000+ take-home) after year one. Benefits include full relocation paid, malpractice tail coverage, health/disability, substantial vacation (10–12 weeks), retirement plans, licensure and professional-fee coverage, and a robust 401(k)/profit-sharing program. No overnights; many daytime calls read from home. Locations and travel are centered in California’s San Joaquin Valley (Modesto) with proximity to Bay Area activities and outdoor opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Radiology
- Eligibility for California medical licensure
- Participation in partnership-track path
- Experience in Body MRI, MSK, Neuro and/or breast imaging preferred
