Job Summary
Diagnostic Radiologists are sought for an integrated onsite and teleradiology program with Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) in Jamestown, NY. The role includes day-shift, Monday–Friday work with no travel between sites, a 1:4 weekend distribution among radiologists, and opportunities for leadership through Radiology Medical Directorship. The package features sign-on bonuses for onsite ($100,000) and teleradiology ($50,000), plus productivity, quality, retention, and onsite incentives, comprehensive benefits, CME funds, generous PTO, relocation assistance, and PSLF-eligible employer-provided plans. Breast imaging is preferred but not required. Requirements include MD/DO, American Board certification/eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology, ability to obtain NY medical license and credentials, and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- American Board Eligible, American Board Certified or Canadian Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- J1 sponsorship (2027) available; H1B candidates welcome to apply

- Onsite Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 for this full-time, onsite position
