Job Summary
Remote diagnostic radiology coverage for inpatient and outpatient imaging across Illinois facilities via telehealth. Responsibilities include interpreting plain film, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine studies during evening and night shifts, maintaining a daily caseload of 70-80 RVUs per shift, and using Intelerad PACS and Powerscribe 4.0 for dictation and report generation. Requires board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and MD degree; fully remote position with regional telehealth workflow and coverage seven days per week. Equipment/tools include Intelerad PACS, Clario, and Powerscribe 4.0; no on-site call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- MD degree
- Licensure to practice medicine in the relevant state (Illinois or state of employment)
- Proficiency with radiology reporting systems and PACS
- Experience with ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine imaging
