Job Summary
Locum tenens telehealth radiology position in southern Alabama for CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging. Flexible coverage with 8-hour daytime shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), no call, and potential backfill with the possibility of full-time employment. The site uses Phillips PACS and Powerscribe 360 for dictation; ~6 weeks credentialing. Fellowship-trained candidates are preferred. Responsibilities include reviewing resident charts and collaborating with multiple colleagues in a telehealth setting across around 40 cases per day.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Radiology
- Medical license in the United States
- Fellowship-trained in radiology (preferred)
- Ability to perform CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging
- Credentialing process ~6 weeks
- Telehealth/radiology experience with PACS and dictation systems (Powerscribe 360)
