Job Summary
Diagnostic Radiologist needed for locum tenens telehealth coverage in a southern Alabama facility. Role includes tele-radiology coverage of CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging with an estimated daily volume of around 40 cases. Flexible coverage up to one week per month, 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and flexible call/weekend schedules. Collaboration with multiple colleagues and review of resident charts. May serve as backfill for current providers with potential for full-time employment. Site uses Phillips PACS and Powerscribe 360 for dictation; approximately 6 weeks of credentialing for a clean file; fellowship-trained candidates preferred; licensing support available.
