Job Summary
Radiologist needed for locum tenens telehealth coverage in the southern Alabama facility footprint. The role covers CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging with about 40 cases per day on 8-hour daytime shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and flexible call/weekend schedules. Tele-radiology collaboration with multiple colleagues and resident chart review; potential to transition to full-time employment. Uses Philips PACS and Powerscribe 360 for dictation; approximately 6 weeks of credentialing for a clean file. Licensing support available. Backfill for current providers with remote telehealth workflow and requirement for board certification; fellowship training preferred.
