Job Summary
Provide remote telehealth diagnostic imaging interpretation services for CT, MRI, and ultrasound body studies in an Alabama clinic setting. Interpret approximately 40 studies daily while collaborating with colleagues and reviewing resident charts. Utilize Philips PACS and Powerscribe 360 dictation technology to generate accurate diagnostic reports. Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with coverage of up to one week per month. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required, with fellowship training preferred. Licensing support is available, and credentialing for a clean file requires approximately six weeks. This position may serve as backfill for current clinicians, with potential for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Licensing in Alabama
- Experience with Philips PACS
- Experience with Powerscribe 360 dictation technology
- Ability to interpret CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging studies
- Availability for shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Ability to cover up to one week per month
- Ability to handle flexible call and weekend schedules
- Ability to review resident charts
