Diagnostic Radiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage in Alabama

Provide remote telehealth diagnostic imaging interpretation services for a clinic in Alabama, covering CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging studies with an estimated daily volume of approximately 40 cases. Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with coverage of up to one week per month and flexible call and weekend schedules available. Collaborate with multiple colleagues and review resident charts as part of standard workflow operations, utilizing Philips PACS imaging and Powerscribe 360 dictation technology to support efficient report generation. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required, with fellowship training preferred. This position may serve as backfill for current clinicians, with potential for full-time employment, while the facility offers access to regional attractions including coastal areas and wildlife refuges.
