Job Summary
Provide remote telehealth diagnostic imaging interpretation services for a clinic in Alabama, covering CT, MRI, and ultrasound body studies with an estimated daily volume of 40 cases. Interpret studies between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, collaborating with colleagues and reviewing resident charts within established protocols. Utilize Philips PACS and Powerscribe 360 dictation technology to generate accurate and timely reports. This locum tenens assignment offers flexible call and weekend schedules, with potential for full-time employment after backfilling current clinicians. Board certification is required, and credentialing support is available for a clean file.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Licensing in Alabama
- Ability to interpret CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging studies
- Ability to work in a telehealth setting
- Ability to cover up to one week per month
- Ability to work flexible call and weekend schedules
- Ability to review resident charts
