Job Summary
Diagnostic Radiologist needed for locum-tenens remote emergency radiology coverage at a university hospital in Illinois. The clinician will provide 100% telehealth interpretation of emergency studies for the ED during night shifts (6:00 PM–3:00 AM) on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, with no call beyond scheduled shifts. Responsibilities include interpreting plain films, ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET, and nuclear medicine studies for ED coverage, with a caseload of 82 RVUs per shift. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required. The assignment supports remote telehealth radiology operations and ongoing credentialing, with equipment/PACS system variability. Location types include telehealth remote work with potential sites in Harvey, IL and Savannah, GA under contract locum-tenens terms.
