Diagnostic Radiologist needed for locum tenens coverage with 100% telehealth remote interpretation of emergency studies during night shifts (Sunday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM) for an inpatient/ER setting in Illinois. Responsibilities include comprehensive interpretation of emergency imaging studies (plain film, ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET, nuclear medicine) with a caseload of 82 RVUs per shift. The role operates on a 7-on/7-off schedule with no additional call beyond scheduled shifts. Requires board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and eligibility for remote ED coverage in a hospital-affiliated setting. Facilities emphasize telehealth radiology workflow and remote credentialing support. Equipment/PACS is variable; modalities include emergency imaging across PF, US, CT, MRI, PET, and Nuc Med.
Required Qualifications
- board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- MD/DO or equivalent
- ability to provide remote emergency radiology interpretation
