Job Summary
Remote diagnostic radiologist provides diagnostic imaging coverage across multiple facilities via telehealth. Responsibilities include interpreting general diagnostic imaging studies with a caseload of 80-100 reads per shift using MERGE PACS and PowerScribe dictation. Roles cover both inpatient and outpatient settings with flexible day and night shifts and no call required. Equipment/utilities include MERGE PACS and PowerScribe for dictation; remote reading model enables service across multiple healthcare facilities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree in radiology
- Board certification negotiable
- Experience performing general diagnostic reads in radiology preferably in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Proficiency with MERGE PACS and PowerScribe dictation technology
- Ability to perform remote reading with telehealth setup
- Flexible scheduling with day and night shifts
- Caseload 80-100 reads per shift
