Job Summary
Provide 100% remote diagnostic radiology interpretation services seven days per week from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM for hospitals throughout Illinois. Interpret approximately 40-45 CT scans, 20 plain films, one MRI, one to two ultrasound studies, and one stroke CTA perfusion study per shift, with nuclear medicine reads required on a rare basis. Utilize Sectra imaging equipment and Powerscribe dictation technology to support efficient remote workflow operations across inpatient and outpatient service lines. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required, with no call responsibilities associated with this position.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- 100% remote diagnostic radiology interpretation services
- Interpretation of approximately 40-45 CT scans per shift
- Interpretation of approximately 20 plain films per shift
- Interpretation of 1 MRI per shift
- Interpretation of 1-2 ultrasound studies per shift
- Interpretation of approximately 1 stroke CTA perfusion study per shift
- Nuclear medicine reads
- Utilization of Sectra imaging equipment
- Utilization of Powerscribe dictation technology
- Night Shift availability (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
