Remote diagnostic radiologist for locum tenens coverage across inpatient and outpatient facilities in North Carolina. Responsibilities include interpreting general diagnostic imaging studies with a workload of 80-100 reads per shift using MERGE PACS and PowerScribe dictation technology. Required Qualifications
- MD degree or equivalent
- Active unrestricted medical license
- Board Certification in Radiology or board-eligible (negotiable)
- Experience with MERGE PACS and PowerScribe
- Ability to perform general diagnostic reads in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Comfort with telehealth remote coverage
- Availability for multiple shifts (day and night)
- Caseload management of 80-100 reads per shift
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certification (negotiable)
- MD license to practice medicine
- Proficiency with MERGE PACS imaging system
