Job Summary
Full-time Diagnostic Pediatric Radiologist at Cohen Children's Medical Center. Must hold MD or DO degree and be board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, with a Pediatric Radiology fellowship and CAQ certified or eligible and NY licensure. Expertise in all areas of Pediatric Radiology (except Neuroradiology); additional interest in Pediatric MSK is a plus. Responsibilities include scholarly activity, teaching medical students, residents and fellows, and participation in multidisciplinary conferences. Clinical duties cover plain film, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and MRI across CCMC, North Shore University Hospital, and remote community hospitals. The CCMC division comprises five pediatric radiologists; facilities include two pediatric MRIs (1.5T and 3T), two CT scanners, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and pediatric ultrasound technologists around the clock. A new Pediatric Neuroradiology division exists. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology
- CAQ certified or eligible
- Qualified for licensure in New York
- Expertise in Pediatric Radiology (excluding Neuroradiology)
- Experience in teaching medical students, residents and fellows
- Participation in multidisciplinary conferences
- Experience with radiology services across multiple hospitals (plain film, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI)
